Volunteers at The Ward Melville Heritage Organization play an important role in enhancing our visitors' experience. Volunteers can work in the Educational & Cultural Center Heritage Gift Shop, the Stony Brook Grist Mill store, help with mailings and phone calls, and/or maintain several gardens including a sensory garden.

If you are interested in volunteering for The Ward Melville Heritage Organization, please complete the form below and a staff member will contact you.

The Ward Melville Heritage Organization also has a volunteer Youth Corps for young people ages 11-17 that work on projects throughout the year. Students also receive community service for their participation. For more information about our Youth Corps, please click here.
